SmallGyfts is free to start with digital cards. The community donation feature is pay-as-you-go with no monthly fees. Physical cards start at $2.00 each with a minimum order of 250. Who handles the tax reporting and 1099 forms?

SmallGyfts handles all tax reporting and 1099 forms for local causes. Businesses simply purchase credits from SmallGyfts and deduct it as a marketing expense. If a cause receives over $600 in donations during a calendar year, SmallGyfts issues them a 1099-MISC.

What if I want to cancel?

Free tier has nothing to cancel. Pay-as-You-Go has no commitment and unused credits are refundable. Business/PRO subscription can be cancelled anytime with no fees. You keep your physical cards and can continue using them at Pay-as-You-Go rates.

These Terms of Use apply to all web sites and services owned or operated by Try2See, Inc (“SmallGyfts”), including but not limited to the site on which these Terms appear, and any related entities or affiliates. By accessing or using SmallGyfts sites or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE SMALLGYFTS. SmallGyfts may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You further agree that new features, updates, or additional services will also be governed by these Terms. Some features may require registration, subscriptions, or additional terms, which you agree to pay or accept to access those features.
1. COPYRIGHT
All content on SmallGyfts sites — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof — is owned by SmallGyfts or its licensors and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove proprietary notices or use content in ways not permitted by these Terms.
2. TRADEMARKS
SmallGyfts and its logos are trademarks. You may use them in comparative or descriptive references (with attribution) only; other uses require written permission.
3. SERVICES AND REWARDS MODEL
SmallGyfts offers a platform that enables businesses, individuals, and causes to connect via a referral rewards / community rewards system. Businesses may purchase “Reward Credits” to allocate rewards to customers. Eligible causes may receive community rewards when supporters select them via the system.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
You must provide accurate and current information during registration, and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. REWARD CREDITS
Reward Credits are virtual credits that businesses purchase and distribute. Unused credits remain in business accounts until redeemed. Once redeemed, credits are considered used and cannot be reissued except under specific policies. Causes may earn community rewards when supporters allocate them.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES & REFUNDS
Certain features may require subscription fees. Some plans may include initial credit bundles. Unused Reward Credits may, at SmallGyfts’ discretion, be refundable under policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
7. USER CONTENT & DATA
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant SmallGyfts a license to use, display, distribute, and adapt your content globally in connection with the service.

Data Usage and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. While using our Services, you may be asked to provide personal information. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Any sharing of personal data is limited to what is necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations, and all such data is handled under strict confidentiality and data protection requirements.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to impersonate others, post unlawful content, violate others’ rights, spam, or circumvent system security, among other prohibitions.
9. TERMINATION
SmallGyfts may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse. Upon termination, your access and unredeemed credits may be revoked or forfeited.
10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
The service is provided “as is.” SmallGyfts disclaims all warranties. Its liability is limited to amounts paid by you (if any), and it is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify SmallGyfts against claims arising from your use, content, or violations of these Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Michigan law. You consent to jurisdiction in Michigan courts for disputes.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
Severability, waiver, assignment, notice, and alteration clauses. These Terms are the final and complete agreement.
