The Plymouth Community Arts Council (PCAC) was founded in 1969 to provide quality fine and performing arts, and cultural opportunities to the greater Western Wayne County community. Programs and activities focus on ensuring accessibility to all the arts by all ages.

Purpose: TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE THE APPRECIATION AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE ARTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL CITIZENS IN THE PLYMOUTH-CANTON COMMUNITY; AND IN DOING SO, ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE.
