Growth Works is a private, non-profit organization serving youth and families in Western Wayne County since 1971. Since its founding, the agency has continued to design innovative programs to meet the needs and challenges of the community.

Purpose: TO PROVIDE COUNSELING AND INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES FOR AT RISK AND DELINQUENT YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES IN WAYNE AND ADJACENT COUNTIES.
